Loved the brekkie spread, especially those pastries! The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. The fresh water refill stations were a lekker touch. Got a decent spot for the kids to play around too!

Parking was a bit of a schlep, had to get a ticket from reception each time we moved the bakkie.

We did face a bit of an issue with the pool area. It wasn’t as inviting as expected, and there weren’t really any amenities nearby for storing personal items while swimming, which was inconvenient.

The room offered good insulation, blocking out the noise from the busy roads nearby. Having access to a small fridge with daily replenished mineral water provided a nice touch for keeping hydrated during the stay.

The absence of an elevator from the parking area to the reception proved to be a hassle, especially when hauling luggage. The air conditioning was a significant letdown, with many guests expressing discomfort due to the heat, compounded by the presence of mosquitoes. Breakfast options were quite limited, particularly for vegetarians, with only basic items available and items running out frequently, which made the dining experience less enjoyable. On top of that, the pool area was less inviting than expected, lacking amenities for storing belongings while swimming.

We had a great time here! The breakfast spread was really nice and the kids loved the pool even though it was chilly. One thing to watch out for is the tricky parking access.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience, thanks to its proximity to beautiful parks like Haute-Ile State Park, which is less than 3 km away, and the stunning Eglise Saint-Jacques-Saint-Christophe, just a short stroll of about 1.5 km. we effortlessly explored these sights during our weekend walks, making the most of our stay.

i had a comfortable stay at the novotel. the classic double room was spacious, and it had a friendly vibe. it's close to the arcade mall, making it easy to grab things during our family vacation. also, i enjoyed the lovely breakfast spread each morning.

the location was amazin', super close to both disney and paris. staff was really friendly and helpful too. There was a cool view from our family room. breakfast had a nice variety, and they even extended the hours for families gettin' there late. the pool area was fun, just a bit chilly but we enjoyed it anyway!

the parking situation was kinda messy and the elevator had long wait times at peak hours. also, the room could use some air conditioning since it got a bit hot at night.
